Manages the team and leads every major engagement, bringing deep experience in fractional HR, investigations, and management coaching. Karolina has grown from HR associate to director over six years at FHB — recognized as a CPHR Spark Award finalist in 2023.
Sarah works directly with FHB’s clients on a daily basis, supporting both recruiting and ongoing organizational HR. Clients consistently highlight her ability to quickly understand how their organization works from the inside out. A graduate of the University of Winnipeg with a degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour, and a member of CPHR Manitoba.
The team’s administrative backbone. Bronwyn handles policy development, document creation, benefits administration, and candidate testing — the detailed, precise work that holds everything together. A graduate of the University of Manitoba with a degree in Business and Criminology.
Supports clients through HR administration, full-cycle recruitment, and workplace investigations, with a focus on staying on top of requests and ensuring nothing is missed. Nicole brings a sharp eye for refining processes and building cleaner, more effective internal systems.
Brings four years of financial services experience to FHB, supporting the team across recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration. A graduate of Red River College’s Human Resource Management program.

Most HR consultants specialize in one slice — recruiting, comp, labour relations. We don’t.
