Most HR consultants specialize in one slice — recruiting, comp, labour relations. We don’t. From tricky terminations to culture and team-building, the full HR scope is on the table (every level except Health & Safety). Clients are often surprised we’ll handle the difficult termination and find the replacement in the same engagement. There’s pretty much nothing in HR we haven’t tackled.

We recruit differently

We don’t blast job postings and forward resumes. We learn your business first — your culture, your team dynamics, what’s worked before and what hasn’t. Then we source candidates through our own networks, run proprietary assessment sessions, and put them through multiple rounds before they ever reach your desk. After placement, we check in at one week, one month, three months — and we keep checking in years later.

We catch what others miss

Investigations, employee handbooks, employment agreements — these documents carry real legal weight. We review every detail with precision because we’ve seen what happens when someone doesn’t. We’ve walked into organizations and found compliance gaps that previous consultants missed entirely.
